We only accept return or exchange in the following cases:
- Wrong book delivered
- Damaged book received
- Missing pages or printing defect
- Different edition or different product delivered
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used books
- Highlighted or written books
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Print on Demand (POD) books
Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, customer must:
- Provide order number
- Send clear photos of the book/product
- Contact us on WhatsApp
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
- If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the shipping charges.
